Most of the New Hampshire or Massachusetts flat fee MLS listings you find for sale on the Internet are sold to real estate brokers by a nationwide service website owner. That website then assigns that business to a NH licensed broker and keeps a portion of that flat fee. And who are you actually listing with? Well, probably with us, because we are the NH Broker for about a dozen of those nationwide websites. But then you're paying a lot more than you have to because you are paying their referral fee.
OTHERWISE, our research has shown that if it's not us, it's usually some data entry-only person with no genuine real estate experience, no team, and few services available to you. And most likely they live outside of New Hampshire. Is that what you want?

So how are we different? Here's just one very big way! We do not use Buyer inquiries to build our business. Our standard procedure is to direct any and all interested Buyers who contacts us about your listing to you! We do not keep that buyer to build our buyer-client inventory! If you are shopping around for flat-fee services, be sure to check other agency's procedures. We know other, very big-named companies who do this very thing to build their Buyer business. They are more interested in making money, than in your success, and will not be forthcoming with this information unless you ask!
